Use for:

Metal chimneys: Do not use.


Brick chimneys: Can be used. Chains can reach and clean hard-to-reach areas where other
brushes may not be effective.


Ceramic chimneys: Only use with thick ceramic, as thick ceramic surfaces are stronger than
thinner ones, chains can still cause scratches. Before using the chain, test a small area to make sure there is no damage.
